General Questions

What types of events do you cover?
We cater for weddings, parties, corporate events, school proms, charity fundraisers, and more

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak wedding and party seasons

Do you provide staff with the booth?
Yes, a friendly booth attendant will be on hand for the duration of your hire to ensure everything runs smoothly

Do you offer props?
Absolutely - we provide a wide range of fun and themed props at no extra cost. Personalised props do come at an additional charge.

Can we customise the photo templates?
Yes, we can work with you and add your names, event date, logos, or brand colours to the photo print designs.
Set Up and Space

How much space do you need for the booth?
We typically require an area of around 2m x 2m with a power socket nearby

How long does it take to set up?
Setup usually takes 45–60 minutes before your hire time starts

Do you need WiFi?
Not for printing, but WiFi is needed if you’d like instant social media sharing

Can the booth be set up outdoors?
Yes, if sheltered from the weather and with access to power

Do you need a deposit?
Yes – we require a £100 deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due no later than 14 days before your event. Visit our Refund Policy page for details on deposits.
Photos and Printing

How many prints do we get?
This depends on the package you choose, please visit Our Packages page for more information on this

Do guests get digital copies?
Yes, they have the choice of having their photos sent via email, SMS, AirDrop or QR code as soon as their session is complete

Can we have black-and-white photos?
Of course – you can choose colour, black-and-white and more

How long does printing take?
Each print can take up to 25 seconds

Do you keep a copy of the photos?
Yes, we keep a copy for backup and can send you the full set after your event.
Packages & Extras

How long can we hire the booth for?
Our standard packages are three hours, but longer hires are available.

Do offer guest books?
A favourite of ours! We can provide a keepsake guest book where guests can stick their photo strips and leave messages

Can you match the booth backdrop to our theme?
We have a selection of different backdrops but if there is one in particular you would like then we can certainly have this ready for your event
