Terms & Conditions

 Booking 

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking

  • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event.

  • We also accept full payment upfront if preferred

  • Bookings are only confirmed once payment and a signed contract have been received.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing at least 14 days before the event for a full refund of any payments made (excluding the deposit)

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable

  • In exceptional circumstances (e.g., bereavement or serious illness), refunds may be granted at our discretion

  • If we are unable to provide the service due to circumstances within our control, a full refund will be issued.

Equipment and Use

  • The client is responsible for ensuring safe and suitable access to the venue, including power supply and space for setup

  • Our team will deliver, set up, and dismantle the booth

  • Any damage caused to our equipment due to misuse, negligence, or interference by guests may result in charges to cover repair or replacement costs

  • We reserve the right to shut down or remove the booth if guests behave in a way that risks damage to equipment or the safety of staff.

Photos, Videos and Data

  • By using our photobooth, guests consent to having their photos taken and stored

  • Images may be used by us for promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media), unless you request otherwise in writing before the event

  • We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.

Venue Requirements

  • The client is responsible for obtaining permission from the venue to use the photobooth and ensuring there is adequate space (typically 2.5m x 2.5m) and a standard power outlet

  • Outdoor bookings must be under sufficient cover to protect the equipment from weather conditions.

Conduct and Behaviour

  • We expect all guests to behave respectfully towards our staff. Abuse or inappropriate behaviour may result in early termination of services without refund

  • The client is responsible for the conduct of all guests

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence may result in additional charges

  • We reserve the right to stop use of the booth if guests are behaving in a way that is deemed unsafe or abusive.

Hire Duration and Set-Up

  • We will arrive no less than 45 minutes before the event start time to ensure the booth is set up, tested, and ready to go as your guests arrive

  • The hire duration includes full operation of the photobooth for the agreed time period.
