Cancellation Policy

To secure your booking, a contract must be signed and a £100 deposit paid.
The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event. 

 

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 14 days before your event to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made after this point are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances such as serious illness or bereavement — in which case, refunds may be offered at our discretion.
